nSeit Jahren ertrinken Fl\u00fcchtlinge auf dem Weg nach Europa im Mittelmeer. 2016 waren es nach offiziellen Sch\u00e4tzungen 3.800 bis 5.000 Menschen. Die Dunkelziffer ist unbekannt.        <\/span><\/div>\n

n<\/p>\n

nIch gedenke dieser Toten schweigend und sticke f\u00fcr jeden ertrunkenen Menschen ein Kreuz auf eine weisse Stoffbahn. 3.800 Kreuze sind es bisher.           <\/span><\/div>\n

n<\/p>\n

nAuf dem Hansaplatz und in seiner Umgebung (Lampedusazelt) treffen sich t\u00e4glich viele Fl\u00fcchtlinge, die dem Tod auf der Flucht entgangen sind, – die humanit\u00e4re Katastrophe zumindest \u00fcberlebt haben. 2016 haben hier engagierte HelferInnen spontan in Hinterzimmern und Kellern Mahlzeiten f\u00fcr die Neuank\u00f6mmlinge zubereitet.         <\/span><\/div>\n

nDer Ort ist daher pr\u00e4destiniert f\u00fcr meine Stickperformance \u201cSpurensicherung\u201c Sie soll dem Vergessen entgegen treten.<\/span><\/div>\n
